To integrate with Branch, make sure that the following are in place.

A custom click- through masking is mandatory for integrating branch. The click- through masking used can be checked at the account settings page.

For e.g., initially at the time of domain configuration, click.domain.com (click- through domain) will be pointed to clicktrack.internaldomain.com. For integration of branch, this CNAME (click.domain.com) should be pointed to thirdparty.bnc.lt.

In the setup deep linking page, give the custom click- through (click.domain.com) masking domain under “Click tracking domain.” The cmercury domain is the domain used to collect click tracking details by the backend system (clicktrack.internaldomain.com). And, Save.
