Careers Business Development Manager
As a BDM, this is what we expect from you:
- You are presentable, result oriented, willing to travel, have good communication and negotiation skills, and excel in building relationships.
- You will develop business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company revenue goals and profitability.
- You are eager to explore the market and win business from new and existing clients.
- You are comfortable drafting proposals by analysing client’s business/functional requirements & presenting them in face to face meetings
- You ace price negotiations and deal-closing.
- You are great in identifying new markets and securing new clients.
- Timely preparation and reporting of all the application related MIS is cakewalk for you.
- You are the master of follow ups – following up for collections and receivables is second nature to you.
As a BDM, we would love you to have these Skill sets:
- 2+ years proven working experience as a business development manager or a sales executive (selling a SaaS product is an additional bonus)
- Enviable track record in sales.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Thorough market knowledge.
- Time management and planning skills.
Min 2 year’s experience
1.8 Lac – 2.5 Lac Per Annum + Incentives.
