About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in Spanish and English to join our outreach efforts in Miami and LATAM. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging DTC and e-commerce brands, booking discovery calls, and helping us grow our presence in bilingual markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research and identify ideal prospects across LATAM and the US using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and messaging channels.
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings with our sales team.
  • Keep lead data organized in our CRM or shared pipeline tools.
  • Share on-the-ground insights and feedback to refine our outreach and ICP.
  • Collaborate with marketing to test new messaging and targeting approaches.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead gen, or cold prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong self-discipline and time management—you’re great at working solo.
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistent when it counts.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Instantly, or Mailshake.
