About the Role
As a Growth SDR – Texas Chapter, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and lead qualification in the Texas market. Austin’s booming startup ecosystem makes it an ideal base to connect with e-commerce, tech, and service-based SMBs.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint by identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with qualified prospects for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, directories, and prospecting software.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and cold messaging.
- Initiate conversations, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain lead information and interactions in our CRM or shared tracker.
- Share feedback on messaging, objections, and market insights with the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine ICPs and outreach angles.
You’ll Succeed If You
- Have 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting
- Are comfortable with cold outreach and rejection—it’s part of the process
- Can work independently and manage your time across different leads
- Have strong written communication and attention to detail
- Are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, or similar (preferred)
- Live in Austin, TX or nearby (local insights are a bonus, not a must)
