About the Role

As a Growth SDR – Texas Chapter, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and lead qualification in the Texas market. Austin’s booming startup ecosystem makes it an ideal base to connect with e-commerce, tech, and service-based SMBs.

You’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint by identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with qualified prospects for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, directories, and prospecting software.
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and cold messaging.
  • Initiate conversations, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain lead information and interactions in our CRM or shared tracker.
  • Share feedback on messaging, objections, and market insights with the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine ICPs and outreach angles.

You’ll Succeed If You

  • Have 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting
  • Are comfortable with cold outreach and rejection—it’s part of the process
  • Can work independently and manage your time across different leads
  • Have strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, or similar (preferred)
  • Live in Austin, TX or nearby (local insights are a bonus, not a must)
