2016– Founded Caspar Technologies and onboarded the first client for the “Predictive Intelligent Emails” concept.
2017 – New customers started onboarding us. Some of them include Clovia, Muji, Diesel, Gas, Scotch & Soda, Mothercare, Paul & Shark, Dune, Zegna, Thomas Pink, Lulu Sky and Hunkemoller.
2017 – Introduced conditional messaging capabilities to the platform.
2017 -Won the prestigious Lufthansa-TiE Runway to Success Technology competition.
2018 – Touched the milestone of 100 brands. Prestigious brands like Zivame, Biba, Sunny Diamonds, Joyalukkas & Flybooking started working with us.
2018 – Selected to the much sought-after incubation program by Asia’s leading Business School, Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK Live).

2020 – Integrated with leading customer retention platforms, including WebEngage as their preferred email deployment partner.
2021 – Launched Email Verification & Validation tool called cmercury VERIFY that helps marketers build their email database hygiene.
2021 – Launched Machine Learning based keyword prediction tool that helps marketers to build effective email subject lines.
2022 – Released a new version of the campaign reporting module that empowers brands with rich reporting features across their campaigns.
2022 – Introduced email data localisation that complies with consumer data privacy & protection guidelines issued by various countries.
