We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 2 to 3 years of industry experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in latest MySQL, Express.js, React.js and Node.js and have experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring performance, security, and responsiveness.

Experience

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with Express.js.
• Optimize React.js front-end components for performance and usability.
• Work with databases like MySQL and MongoDB to design efficient schemas and queries.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar protocols.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and responsiveness.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with the latest stack trends and best practices.
• Prepare application deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, or app engines.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, working on real-world applications.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, Context API, and functional components.
• Experience in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB (Mongoose, Aggregation Pipelines, Indexing, etc.).
• Knowledge of state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time applications.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics platforms.
