He is a subject matter expert in the email & marketing automation industry and has played a pivotal role in setting up the email marketing programs for brands like Taj Hotels, IndiaMart, Snapdeal, Shopclues.com, Joyalukkas to name a few. His passion to talk about digital takes him to various Educational Institutions & Industry forums. In his spare time, Jacob devotes himself to his family, village life and farming.
More recently, Jacob has guided cmercury in its drive to bring on Board, Global talent which will support the Companies vision to lauch a full-fledged AI powered Marketing Automation Suite by 2020.

Rijo comes with 16+ years of customer handling experience across various verticals. His experience spans from building offshore business intelligence databank, spearheading various offshore business intelligence projects & currently consulting and optimizing digital marketing approaches for various brands. Instrumental in building a best-in-class customer service and success team for cmercury with customer retention rates as high as 98% and identifying smart upselling opportunities contributing greater than 20% to the revenue streams. Rijo heads the Customer Success function for cmercury.
A sought after product trainer, his digital marketing workshops have been attended by more than 1000 individuals across industry and academia.
During his leisure he loves to explore his culinary skills. Mostly focuses on creating improvised versions of the local non veg dishes, manages to get accolades from family and friends.

As a Partner and Director ANZ Markets of cmercury, Denny is responsible for leading the APAC business for the organization. He heads the digital transformation and change management within the organization, creating transformative digital outcomes. He is an empathetic leader, with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset, having around 14 years of experience in digital and business transformations, with various companies such as Infosys, EY and Accenture. Denny holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Australian Graduate School of Management.
His leisure time activities include reading business magazines, driving, playing and watching soccer. Also, he enjoys exploring different cultures.

As a Partner and Director of cmercury, Stephen is responsible for leading the UAE business for the organization. He is having around 15 years of experience in the Customer Interaction Solutions and contact Center Solutions Industry. Since Email is one of the vital tools of customer interactions, Stephen leads his team at Infosat Solutions to helps UAE firms to do the Email integrations and automations, Web push and app analytics. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from the silicon Valley of India, Bangalore.Stephen is also a member of Business Network International (BNI) and other business groups in the UAE
Dr. Joseph Johnson is a Professor of Marketing at the University of Miami and a member of the Big Data Center at UM’s Center for Computational Sciences. At Miami, he imparts training on Marketing Analytics, New Product Development, and Strategic Brand Management. His current research focuses on the use of artificial intelligence and text mining tools as a decision aid for managers. He has created and collaborated in the development of various strategic models, tools, and algorithms based on brand management and AI.
His research has appeared in various leading journals. He won the best paper award at the World Conference of Endourology in 2014 and the Paul Root Best Paper Award from the Journal of Marketing in 2008. His research on financial markets has been featured in Financial Times of India, MSNBC and Kiplinger’s Personal Finance. He has given invited presentations on his work at Cambridge University, Harvard University, University of Florida, and the Wharton School of Business. He has over three decades of experience, divided between academia and industry. He has worked with many renowned organizations across various countries like India, Middle-East and the US. Some of this include Tata Steel, Hindustan Petroleum, Dell, Universal Fox Studios etc.
Dr. Mitsunori Ogihara is a Professor of Computer Science in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida. Prior to joining Miami in 2007, Ogihara was Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Science at University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, where he joined as a junior faculty in 1994. He received his Ph.D. in Information Sciences in 1993 from Tokyo Institute of Technology in Tokyo, Japan.
At Miami, Ogihara serves as Founding Director of the Big Data Analytics and Data Mining Group in the Center for Computational Science, an institution-wide center that supports academic research computing. In that role, he has participated in more than 30 research projects.
Ogihara has published 200 peer-reviewed articles in journals, conferences, and edited book volumes and, he has also authored many technical books. He is presently serving as Editor-in-Chief of Theory of Computing Systems (Springer). Ogihara has broad research interests and has published papers in a wide variety of areas including complexity theory, data streaming, computer systems, data mining, music information retrieval, bioinformatics, digital humanities, and library science. His most current research projects include: machine learning-based prediction of the popularity of TV commercials, analysis multimodal data for child autism detection, computational complexity of synchronous boolean dynamical systems, and machine learning-based student retention/enrollment prediction.
Dr. Gang Ren is a postdoctoral associate at the Center for Computational Science, University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China in 1999 and 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, in 2016.
His research interests include applying multimedia signal processing techniques to web-scale information retrieval tasks, the development of sequential pattern analysis tools for the analysis and interpretation of long-span semantic structures, and designing human computer interaction mechanisms for perceptual/cognitive analyses and their related computational implementations.
A branding, content and marketing communications professional, Minu Mathew has worked closely with a number of brands throughout her career. Some of the brands are Microsoft, Google, Mindtree, Philips, Columbia Asia Hospitals, ITC Infotech, Bank of America and 3M. Before joining cmercury, Minu was with Microsoft in London, partnering with the global content team to develop a unique personality for Microsoft’s AI, Cortana, for the Indian market. Her work experience in India amounts to leading the advertising and internal communication teams at two agencies, namely Aim High Consulting and brand-comm. During her stint with cmercury, her team worked on creating a unique brand identity and helped chart out a content strategy and plan. A management graduate with a passion for communication, Minu has a penchant for global travel. After living in Sweden, the US and the UK, currently she lives in Toronto, Canada.
When not working, she worries for the planet, engages in conversations with corporates to reduce their carbon foot-print and takes sustainability-consciousness sessions for youngsters. At other times, she is lost in nature, in a book or in a poem.
Professor Keyoor Purani is the Executive Director at IIMLive and professor of Marketing at IIMK. LIVE is the business incubator and entrepreneurship cell of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode set-up with support from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. An acclaimed academician, prof. Purani has won several awards including the Award for Outstanding Paper from Journal of Indian Business Research and Emerald Awards for Excellence. He is a recipient of research grant from British Academy of International Partnership and Mobility Scheme awards from Glasgow Caledonian University.
In addition to his advisory role with cmercury, prof. Purani consults with KCM Appliances- Impex brand on their management systems and policies and Oushadhi Pharmaceuticals Corporation for their marketing and organizational development.
Prof. Purani holds a PhD in Management as well as an MBA in Marketing.
