Jacob M George has been leading cmercury since he founded the company in 2016. Jacob has been instrumental in guiding the company through its initial growth phase selling cmercury marketing automation suite to 150 plus tier one enterprise customers across Asia.
He is a subject matter expert in the email & marketing automation industry and has played a pivotal role in setting up the email marketing programs for brands like Taj Hotels, IndiaMart, Snapdeal, Shopclues.com, Joyalukkas to name a few. His passion to talk about digital takes him to various Educational Institutions & Industry forums. In his spare time, Jacob devotes himself to his family, village life and farming.
More recently, Jacob has guided cmercury in its drive to bring on Board, Global talent which will support the Companies vision to a sought after global player in email marketing & marketing automation domain.
Director- Customer Success
Rijo comes with 16+ years of customer handling experience across various verticals. His experience spans from building offshore business intelligence databank, spearheading various offshore business intelligence projects & currently consulting and optimizing digital marketing approaches for various brands. Instrumental in building a best-in-class customer service and success team for cmercury with customer retention rates as high as 98% and identifying smart upselling opportunities contributing greater than 20% to the revenue streams. Rijo heads the Customer Success function for cmercury.
A sought after product trainer, his digital marketing workshops have been attended by more than 1000 individuals across industry and academia.
During his leisure he loves to explore his culinary skills. Mostly focuses on creating improvised versions of the local non veg dishes, manages to get accolades from family and friends.
General Manager- HR & Administration
Jijo Jose is a seasoned HR and administration professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources management, administration, client relations, and organizational development. Known for streamlining HR processes, fostering positive employee relations, and enhancing operational efficiency. Currently the HR and Administration Manager at Caspar Technologies, Jijo leads the HR function, oversees policy development, employee engagement, and talent management, while managing key administrative functions to support the organization’s goals.

With over two decades of expertise in the IT industry, Dileep spearheads the development and management various digital platforms, mobile & web applications, e-commerce and IT Infra projects for Caspar. Dileep brings a wealth of experience in technology management, project management, technology acquisition, cloud services, software development, and email services.
Dileep’s leadership plays a crucial role in ensuring we consistently delivers exceptional and reliable digital solutions both in-house and for our customers.

Vishnu S is an accomplished marketing professional with over 10 years of industry experience, specializing in email marketing for more than 6 years. He has a proven track record in devising and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. Vishnu’s expertise extends to social media ad planning and Google Ads, where he excels in crafting and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. He is skilled in crafting targeted email campaigns, segmenting audiences, and optimizing conversion rates, alongside analyzing campaign performance metrics and implementing personalized marketing automation sequences. Additionally, Vishnu is an integral part of Caspar Digital Academy, where he successfully trains students in digital marketing.

With over a decade of experience in the digital marketing industry, she has refined her expertise in building robust customer relationships, optimizing customer journeys, and consistently delivering exceptional value.
Possessing a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, Femi is dedicated to ensuring a world-class experience for every customer. Her ability to identify and address customer needs, proactively resolve issues, and drive customer advocacy is a testament to her commitment to excellence.

Joshy is dedicated to client success, offering customized education programs and thorough performance analysis to drive data-driven campaign optimization. Technical Advisor
Dr. Joseph Johnson is a Professor of Marketing at the University of Miami and a member of the Big Data Center at UM’s Center for Computational Sciences. At Miami, he imparts training on Marketing Analytics, New Product Development, and Strategic Brand Management. His current research focuses on the use of artificial intelligence and text mining tools as a decision aid for managers. He has created and collaborated in the development of various strategic models, tools, and algorithms based on brand management and AI.
His research has appeared in various leading journals. He won the best paper award at the World Conference of Endourology in 2014 and the Paul Root Best Paper Award from the Journal of Marketing in 2008. His research on financial markets has been featured in Financial Times of India, MSNBC and Kiplinger’s Personal Finance. He has given invited presentations on his work at Cambridge University, Harvard University, University of Florida, and the Wharton School of Business. He has over three decades of experience, divided between academia and industry. He has worked with many renowned organizations across various countries like India, Middle-East and the US. Some of this include Tata Steel, Hindustan Petroleum, Dell, Universal Fox Studios etc.
Marketing Advisor
Professor Keyoor Purani is the Executive Director at IIMLive and professor of Marketing at IIMK. LIVE is the business incubator and entrepreneurship cell of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode set-up with support from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. An acclaimed academician, prof. Purani has won several awards including the Award for Outstanding Paper from Journal of Indian Business Research and Emerald Awards for Excellence. He is a recipient of research grant from British Academy of International Partnership and Mobility Scheme awards from Glasgow Caledonian University.
In addition to his advisory role with cmercury, prof. Purani consults with KCM Appliances- Impex brand on their management systems and policies and Oushadhi Pharmaceuticals Corporation for their marketing and organizational development.
Prof. Purani holds a PhD in Management as well as an MBA in Marketing.
