Position Overview:

As a Paid Campaign Specialist with 2 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients’ online advertising efforts. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, optimizing, and analysing paid campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI, enhance brand visibility, and achieve campaign objectives. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, a keen analytical mind-set, and a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns.


Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop comprehensive paid campaign strategies that align with client goals, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning.

Campaign Execution:

  • Create and set up paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring proper targeting, ad formats, and budget allocation.
  • Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing ad creatives to capture audience attention and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign settings, bids, and budgets to optimize performance and meet KPIs.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on data analysis and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Client Communication:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, performance insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, paid advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend innovative approaches and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of competitors.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or other relevant platforms.
  • Must be familiar with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Google Merchant Centre.
  • Knowledge of implementing custom conversion tracking, pixel tracking, and UTM tagging.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SMM, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are desirable.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
