How does the Enterprise package work?
The Enterprise package is a custom offer that our sales team creates for you based on your business needs, goals, and capacities. It is governed for a minimum of one year by a custom agreement, which you sign when all the details of your package are confirmed.
Are there any contracts?
There are no contracts or hidden fees with cmercury. You can change or cancel plans any time. Sign up for a plan or purchase credits as you need them; there are no additional charges. However, you have to sign a contract for sending transactional SMS (with sender id), as per the TRAI regulations.
What is the billing procedure for self-service accounts?
Choose your required plan and our billing team will raise the invoice every month. Make the payment through bank and your account will be active.
