Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with Minimum 3-4 years of experience in SaaS sales to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building and growing the sales funnel, client relationships handling and well versed with leading sales CRM tools. The ideal candidate should be self driven and should be able to handle the sales independently for the territory assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Identification of the potential customers and converting them into sales opportunities in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

  • A formal education is always an advantage but not a must!
  • 3-4 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and the ability to quickly learn new software products.
  • Excellent sales skills & experience in contract drafting and sales negotiations .
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in leading CRM softwares, word, excel, powerpoint etc.
