Required Technical Skill sets

• Minimum level of development experience.
• Well versed in Performance Testing techniques.
• Need to analyse Performance Test results and make recommendations to improve performance.
• Sound knowledge in various testing methodologies and types.

Experience

4+ of experience in performance analysis testing

Primary Skills

• Must have experience performance (Load, Stress & Failover testing) testing with Jmeter/VSTS.
• Candidate should be an experienced Performance Test Engineer with a track record in delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects.
• Expected to align performance testing standards and processes with performance core teamwork with stakeholder to gather non-functional requirements and prepare technical performance test plans
• Develop PT scripts and execute performance and load testing of applications/products and work with project team to prepare test data and define loads
• Uses JMeter to design and execute load and performance tests against Web applications, web services, batches applications and databases.
• Experience with API-level integration tests with Postman, SoapUI.
• Good understanding of business issues and debugging skills.

Secondary Skills :

• Good knowledge in Agile/Scrum and Iterative software development process.
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge in various mobile device testing is an added advantage.
• Sound analytical and logical skills with good communication..
