About the Role
We are seeking a Freelance Lead Qualifier to help elevate our email marketing efforts in the Southeast USA. This role is focused on identifying mid-market businesses in Charlotte and surrounding areas, qualifying leads, and facilitating introductions for our Account Executives. If you have a passion for helping businesses grow and thrive through technology, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the Southeast using LinkedIn, directories, and prospecting tools.
- Engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold messaging to initiate conversations.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives to further the sales process.
- Accurately maintain lead data and interactions within our CRM or shared tracking system.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback on messaging, objections, and market trends to the team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and outreach strategies
You’ll Succeed If You
- Have 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting
- Are comfortable with cold outreach and rejection—it’s part of the process
- Can work independently and manage your time across different leads
- Have strong written communication and attention to detail
