Hopeful about 2019, Grateful about 2018
As the curtains come down on 2018, here’s is a major update regarding our brand and a yearly sum-up.
Our ML- based marketing automation suite is now known as cmercury. Taking into account the immense possibilities that lie ahead, we decided to gather all our capabilities in Email, Mobile, Web and Social under one umbrella called cmercury. In effect, it’s the same product suite with rich product capabilities extended in mobile notifications, but it’s a significant milestone for us, as we strive to give our clients the best that we can offer, with renewed dedication.
We have a brand-new website as well. It lists our capabilities in each of the four channels. If you have a few minutes, please check it out here.
As some of you may remember, Caspar Technologies was born in 2016 as a new start-up, when we decided to launch our own indigenous technology with focus on email and marketing automation. It was made possible by our brilliant team whose relentless hard work and support helped us launch the beta version our automation suite in December 2016.
All the learning we gained from the last eight years reselling a global ESP brand (in our previous venture), helped us engineer and launch a best-in-class marketing automation suite perfectly suitable for the Asian marketing scenario. Of all the channel features, the most interesting and unique are our capabilities in conditional messaging and predictive intelligent email.
Talking of key business wins, we signed up Joyalukkas, one of Asia’s leading jewellery retailers, to handle their entire gamut of cross-channel orchestrations. Our team works closely with their digital team to handle customer acquisitions and engagements for their e-commerce platform. In addition, we signed up Zivame, Indus Motors, Confident Group, Biba, mfine and Sunny Diamonds.
Our partnership with branch.io, a leading attribution platform would benefit cmercury’s existing customers to have an enhanced campaign experience on mobile devices and to identify revenue-driving channels with precision.
Our technology partnership with Kalerya and AMD global, world’s leading short messaging service providers, would ensure superior SMS infrastructure along with cmercury’s cross-channel, conditional messaging capabilities.
It’s indeed a joy to let you know that cmercury has been selected for the Business Incubation program at IIMK Live. Also, made it to the shortlist by NUS, Singapore.
We are filled with gratitude as cmercury crossed the 150-enterprise brand milestone this year.
Thank you for your continued patronage and support. We look forward to sharing the next phase of our journey with you.
