															About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Qualifier to join our growth team in Southeast USA (Charlotte, NC). This freelance, commission-based role focuses on identifying and engaging mid-market businesses, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with our Account Executives. If you thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments and enjoy connecting with businesses to help them grow, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying potential clients across Southeast USA using LinkedIn, directories, and prospecting tools like Snov.io 
- Engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other messaging channels to initiate meaningful conversations. 
- Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with Account Executives to advance the sales pipeline. 
- Accurately maintaining lead data and interactions in CRM or shared tracking systems. 
- Providing insights and feedback on messaging, objections, and market trends to continuously refine outreach strategies. 
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and outreach campaigns. 
Qualification
You’ll succeed as a Lead Qualifier if you:
- Have 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting.
- Are comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection professionally.
- Can work independently, managing your time effectively across multiple leads.
- Possess strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, or Mailshake
