Caspar Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate – Analytic Insights to join our Analytics & Data Science team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about analytics, data interpretation, and business problem-solving. The Associate – Analytic Insights position offers hands-on exposure to real-world analytic insights projects, statistical modeling, and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Model Development
- Support the development of regression-based models to analyze relationships between business drivers and outcomes such as pricing, promotions, customer behavior, and media impact
- Assist in building analytical frameworks that support data-driven business decisions
- Participate in model validation and diagnostic activities to ensure statistical and business relevance
- Identify and help resolve modeling challenges including variable selection and multicollinearity issues
- Support analytic insights initiatives by identifying trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations from complex datasets
Data Preparation & Analysis
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Support the preparation of datasets for modeling and reporting purposes
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytical outputs
Visualization & Communication
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate analytical findings
- Translate complex analytical outputs into meaningful business insights and summaries
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaboration & Project Support
- Work collaboratively with senior analysts, data scientists, and business teams
- Support project execution and delivery within defined timelines
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and analytical best practices
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in:
- Statistics
- Econometrics
- Data Science
- Mathematics
- Economics
- Or related quantitative fields
- 0–2 years of experience in:
- Data analysis
- Statistical modeling
- Internships
- Academic projects
- Entry-level analytical roles
- Strong academic background in statistical concepts and quantitative analysis
Technical Skills
Statistical & Analytical Knowledge
- Foundational understanding of:
- Linear regression
- Statistical concepts
- Hypothesis testing
- Exploratory data analysis
Tools & Technologies
- Working knowledge of:
- Python
- R
- SQL
